Account Deletion Policy

General Information
Users have the right to request permanent deletion of their TrakyaApp account and associated data at any time.
Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days at the latest.
What Happens After Deletion
When your account deletion request is processed:
- Your profile information and personal data are permanently deleted
- Your favorites, saved venues, and preferences are removed
- Business account data and campaigns are deleted
- Your login credentials and authentication data are erased
Exceptions
Certain data may be retained even after account deletion, in the following legally required circumstances:
- Legal obligations and compliance requirements
- Fraud prevention and security records
- Financial transaction records
