Location Data

TrakyaApp uses location data to help users discover nearby venues, events, and services.

Location is accessed only while the app is actively in use. No background location tracking is performed.

No digital system can guarantee absolute security. Users will be notified in the event a breach is detected that affects their data.

TrakyaApp uses the following third-party services:

• Google Maps — Map display and location visualization

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. TrakyaApp is not responsible for the data practices of these third parties.

Account Deletion

Users can perform the account deletion process from within the app. Once a deletion request is submitted, the account becomes inaccessible and is permanently deleted within legal processes.

Users may request permanent deletion of their account at any time. Upon processing, profile information, personal data, and all associated content will be permanently removed within 30 days.

Users who have uninstalled the app can submit their deletion request through our website at trakyaapp.com/delete-account.

Financial records and security logs required by applicable law may be retained beyond this period in compliance with legal obligations.

Children's Privacy

TrakyaApp is not intended for individuals under the age of 13.
