TrakyaApp is built to bring together businesses, users, and the local community. To maintain a safe and respectful environment for everyone, we ask all users and businesses to follow these guidelines.
What Is Not Allowed
- Sharing false, misleading, or deceptive information
- Using hate speech, insults, harassment, or discriminatory language
- Sharing illegal content
- Publishing fake reviews or campaigns
- Creating fake accounts or impersonating another user
- Sharing spam or automated promotional content
- Attempting to exploit or damage the system
- Sharing offensive content involving minors
Content Standards
Businesses are responsible for all content they publish — including campaigns, menus, events, and announcements. Shared content must be accurate and not misleading.
Users must interact respectfully when leaving reviews, ratings, or comments.

Violations of these guidelines may result in:
Accounts or content that violate community standards may be temporarily suspended, content may be removed, or accounts may be permanently closed. In serious cases, the matter may be referred to legal authorities.
